Welcome to Pole Divas Level 2!
This is for only students that have already taken my first session! Unless you have prior approval from me!
You know what you're in for! Your hooked! Time to start really getting those muscles stonger and ready for inverts! WOOHOO!
Please remember, we are now a 4 week format, not 6 weeks, but it's cheaper now! yeah!

What to wear:
Please do NOT wear lotions, oils or perfumes.
Please DO wear deoderant
Please do wear at a minimum "boy shorts" and a sports bra or small top, at a maximum regular shorts and Tshirt. Please do not wear baggy shirts. Most students wear capris or shorts and tank tops, you do work up a sexy sweat!
Barefeet or ballet slippers, no heels on the floors (they are soft)
Bring a pair of tube socks with the feet cut out or leg warmers to cover your knees during floor work to help you slide and to help protect your knees from too much bruising. Feel free to put padding in them!
And most important, bring a smiling face and happy attitude! You will get all the encouragement you need, you CAN and WILL do this!
You do NOT need a PayPal account to register. On the registration
page, just click at the bottom where is says "Don't have a PayPal
account" and you can pay with your credit or bank card.
